Finding Your Sound
Finding the sound of your podcast is no easy task. The bumper music of your podcast should pull the listener into the space that you are about to create with your podcast. In order to find the sound world that will engage your listeners and make your podcast memorable we need to dig into the core elements of your podcast, the people that are listening, the desired result and overall aesthetic you wish to convey.
Questions to Ask Yourself
In four or less sentences what is your podcast about?
Describe the average listener of your podcast?
What is your call to action to or desired reaction from your audience? What is the desired outcome for you? Are they the same thing?
When the listener finishes listening to your podcast you want them to feel more than when they began. Fill the blank in with one to three words.
